Delivery

Most of our orders are delivered in 2-5 working days. We always inform about the delivery time on the information card of the product. As we are not a traditional online store but rather a T-shirt workshop (as the name suggests), we sew and print our T-shirts all the time, supplying your personal order. Therefore, you also need to calculate the time of post or courier delivery which is usually 24 h.  Most parcels are sent on the day of ordering and paying for. However, we often send it in two, very rarely in three days' time. If you need your order straightaway and you can't wait, let us know as we can put your order at the beginning of the waiting list or suggest a small change (of color or form) to send it the same day. We are working like a beaver but still, we are just a small workshop where customizing a product is of the most importance.

Complaints:

In order to analyze your complaint efficiently please put the following data in it: name, address, e-mail, contact telephone number, the subject of complaint and order number ( if it is possible), please indicate what way of refund you want, present the fault, the date when it appeared, and if possible a photo of the fault ( if it is sent via e-mail).


Your complaint will be examined in the following 14 days after receiving it and you will be informed about a decision.


If an item is defective, a customer can:




  • make a statement about the price reduction or withdrawal from the sales contract, unless we can immediately and without undue inconvenience to the customer replace the defective product with a product free from defects or remove the defect.

This limitation does not apply if the goods have already been replaced or repaired by us or we have not fulfilled the obligation to exchange the goods for free from defects or to remove defects. Instead of replacing the defect proposed by us, the customer may request the replacement of the product for a non-defective one or instead of replacing the product, demand that the defect is removed, unless bringing the item into conformity with the contract in the manner chosen by the customer is impossible or would require excessive costs compared to the way proposed by us.

We are obliged to replace the defective product with a non-defective one or remove the defect within a reasonable time without undue inconvenience to the customer. We may, however, refuse to satisfy the customer's request if bringing the defective product into conformity with the sales contract in the manner chosen by the customer is impossible or would require excessive costs compared to the second possible way of achieving compliance with the sales contract. The costs of repair or replacement are borne by us.

The customer who has the rights under the warranty is obliged to deliver the defective item to the address, i.e.warsztatkoszulkowy, ul. Sienkiewicza 13, 41-800 Zabrze. In the case of a customer who is a consumer, we cover the delivery cost. We are responsible under the warranty if a physical defect is found within two years of the goods being delivered to the customer.




Returns


The withdrawal of sales agreement

A customer who purchased items in our online shop can return it within 14 days after the moment of receiving the parcel without giving any reasons.

A customer withdrawl must be followed by a witfrawl statement sent us:

    It has to be sent in the 14 days after receiving the parcel.

    A customer must send the purchased items immediately, no later than within 14 days of the withdrawal.




    We will immediately, no longer than within 14 days since we got the withdrawal, send back all received customer's payment, including the delivery cost to the customer. However, the return of payment may be postponed until the moment of receiving the items or just the copy of the confirmation of sending them back, depending on which step was taken first.


If a customer chose a different than the cheapest form of delivery offered by us, we are not obliged to return any additional cost.

In case of withdrawal, a customer pays only for returning the items ( sending them back to us). If the items are used and the signs of usage are visible, the refund will be reducted.

The money will be returned in the same way they were paid by the customer. Unless the customer wishes to get it in a different way which does not generate an additional cost for him/her.
